LEAVING

All good things must come to an end, and our trip to the Echo Hill Outdoor School was no exception.  After lunch on our last day, everyone packed up to head home.

The boys put their bags on the porch, ready to take to the bus.

Saying our good-byes and loading up the bus.

A cheer, a wave, and a big THANK YOU to the Echo Hill Outdoor School staff,
and we're homeward bound.

WHAT DID WE LEARN?

"I learned that what we do here (in Mechanicsburg) affects the Chesapeake Bay."

"I learned that it is important to use our natural resources wisely and not waste them because we have a limited supply."

"I found out I can learn a lot from nature and I can help it too."

"I learned to trust and respect other people."

"I've become more cautious about the environment."

"I think I've changed because I've decided that I'm going to try to not waste as much food and electricity and I'll try not to litter."

"Now I'm more careful about recycling and saving electricity."

"I learned how to work better with other people."

"I learned a lot and I had a great time!"
